Seeking multiple Organisational Change Managers to work on a Digital Transformation Program on a long term contract.
Initial contract 12 months x2 12 month extensions
Must have NV1 clearance to be eligible for this role.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5 years organisational change management experience, working in a project environment, preferably systems and software delivery projects, with strong understanding of change management lifecycles and procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of change management activities and techniques including stakeholder identification and analysis, communication planning and development.
- Strong relationship management skills which can be applied to multiple stakeholders across various levels to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience working with hybrid and dispersed teams, using a variety of waterfall and agile methodologies to meet business and broader departmental requirements.
- Develop, plan and execute change strategies by understanding stakeholder identification and analysis, including benefit and risk identification and tracking.
