About the Role
As the Organisational Change Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the EPMO framework. This role is critical in ensuring that changes are effectively implemented, embraced by stakeholders, and drive the desired business outcomes. Expertise in change management, combined with experience in an EPMO environment, will be key to success in this role.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with the EPMO’s goals and objectives.
- Work closely with project and program managers to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and execute communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with change initiatives.
- Lead training and support efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing change management practices within the EPMO.
- Proven experience as an Organisational Change Manager with a strong track record of successful change management in an EPMO or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding of project and program management frameworks, particularly within an EPMO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex change initiatives.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
