What You'll Do

In this role, you'll:

  • Keep Salesforce environments healthy through daily monitoring and operational checks.
  • Refresh and synchronise environments to support developers and testers.
  • Execute deployments using CI/CD pipelines and support smooth rollouts.
  • Manage test data and user access across environments.
  • Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who bring:

  • 2-4 years' experience in Salesforce administration or operations.
  • Strong understanding of sandbox management and refresh processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), CLI commands, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Ability to work across teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and suggest improvements.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning.
