About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with project teams across Defence and Government clients, supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery while learning from experienced consultants.

  • Lead project teams across Defence and Government clients to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Help translate client objectives into clear actions and outcomes.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, while learning how to manage expectations.
  • Assist with process mapping, business requirements, service design and governance activities.
  • Support risk and issue management, and learn how large-scale projects are managed.
  • Grow your skills with mentoring, coaching, and hands-on project experience.

Skills & experience

  • 3-5 years' experience working in consultancy, government, or related professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Practical experience in portfolio, program, and project management, including business transformation, change management, PMO setup, and project delivery.
  • Experience in, or understanding of, program/project assurance, evaluation, audit, or performance review activities.
  • Familiarity with, or certification in, Project Management and evaluation methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, MoP, or frameworks like Results-Based Management or similar.
