The Network Technology Recruitment are working with a leading global IT consultancy business in the Cyber-Security Services space to hire a Key Account Director based in Canberra.

This role will involve managing and scaling the businesses existing relationships with C-Level executives in their Top-Tier clients, which sit in the Government / Public Sector, Education, and Healthcare sectors - with a focus on Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting self and business-sourced leads, presenting our range of digital solutions, converting and retaining high-revenue clients in the Public Sector
  • Utilising sales systems and product portfolios to build effective security solutions that are right for our clients
  • Delivering further revenue growth, through effective account management, reporting and customer experience
  • Planning and delivering effective and creative solutions which match our clients needs

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have sold into the Federal government before
  • You are comfortable presenting high-value solutions to key client stakeholders
  • You will be as passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience
  • Your passion for solving problems and providing innovative solutions will be infectious when presenting our services
  • By reviewing current and previous case studies, you can spot trends and patterns to ensure the right product or service is presented to our customers
  • You can effectively forecast revenues, based on customer knowledge and insights and create insight reports on performance
  • You will be a creative thinker, setting you aside from the competition, in proposing market-leading solutions
  • You are dedicated and passionate about achieving results. You will bring with your high energy, positivity, dedication, and a "can do" attitude.
  • You are a commercial thinker, with the ability to maximize revenue opportunities at every opportunity.
  • You will be passionate about self-developing your knowledge of the Services marketplace and sales industry.
