In this role you will be tasked with carrying out the following key responsibitlites
- Monitor and manage IT services across customer environments-including systems, applications, networks, alerts, and events-ensuring swift detection and response.
- Escalate incidents via ServiceNow
- Engage in proactive and reactive incident management, and log infrastructure events.
- Create early alerts to prevent issues, determine when incidents should be raised, and support incident resolution in collaboration with various teams.
- Coordinate application maintenance page updates across the envrionment, monitor environments against thresholds
- Particpate on the On-call roster to provide after house deployment and support when needed
- Support Enterprise Service Management service providers with ITSM and SIAM processes, identify system health thresholds, and drive continuous improvement
- Onboard and offboard users within the EOC
For this role we are seeking someone who possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- 1-2 years experience working within a IT Support customer facing role
- Baseline Security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to create in-depth documentation
- Experience using mointotirng systems dashboards such as Splunk
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
- Experinece with Incidient managment, monitoring and event management
Any industry or vendor realted certifications will be highly regarded such as ITIL.
