Job Description:
ASAP start and 6-month daily rate contract (highly likely to extend)
As an enthusiastic Support Analyst specialising in ERP software, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting tickets for the finance team. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of ERP systems, contributing to the success the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a strong background in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for ERP applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP system updates and enhancements.
- Document support processes, procedures, and resolutions to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency.
- Over 3 years of experience in an ERP application support role
- Experience working with JIRA (or similar ITSM tool)
- Experience in the property sector (desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ERP applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Professional).
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Knowledge and/or certificates in cloud-based ERP solutions.
