As a DevOps Manager, you will lead and cultivate a growing team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration across departments. Your primary accountabilities will include:

Cloud/Azure Infrastructure
  • Design and implement SaaS infrastructure.
  • Develop and optimize automation systems and procedures utilizing Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of all environments.
  • Lead the implementation of Azure security best practices in collaboration with the security team.
  • Monitor service performance, capacity, and security for compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Optimize costs through strategic feature and license usage.
  • Oversee incident management and security compliance related to platforms and environments.
Release Management
  • Drive the adoption of continuous integration, inspection, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Configure the DevOps stack for performance monitoring, analytics, and auditability.
  • Conduct occasional after-hours release deployments on customer infrastructure.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of DevOps and Infrastructure engineers.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with agile software teams and participate in agile ceremonies.
  • Promote industry-standard methodologies in DevOps Engineering, emphasizing security.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and Security as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with Azure Cloud deployment.
  • NV1 security clearance
