The Network are seeking an experienced AGSVA cleared Scrum Master / Delivery Manager working inside a Federal Government Department.
12 months + 2 x 12 month extensions

As a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager you will lead agile delivery across a large-scale ICT Transition Program, supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace platform streams including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange. You will drive delivery cadence, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered to time, quality and compliance standards. You will also play a key role in governance, reporting, service readiness and operational handover.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
o Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Manager in complex ICT environments.
o Strong experience leading agile ceremonies and embedding Scrum/Kanban practices.
o Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including technical leads, architects and external suppliers.
Have specialist ICT skills and knowledge in the following:
o Delivery across Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Endpoint Manager, Purview, Security Centre).
o Delivery planning, RAID management, and reporting (burn-downs, forecasts, status reporting).
o Governance, cyber security and compliance within Australian Government environments.
o Service transition, operational handover, and ITSM practices.
o Managing risks, dependencies and removing delivery blockers in complex programs.
Desirable:
o Relevant certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile or similar).
