The Company

This ASX listed IT powerhouse reported revenues over $1B+ and have over 1,200 staff across in multiple office across Australia. Their Professional Services team in Melbourne are established and growing due to the ongoing demand and therefore they are looking to add an experienced Service Delivery Manager in their team.

The Role

In this role you will be ultimately responsible for relationship management of a portfolio of customers' including the complete post-sales lifecycle. You will be the primary advocate for customer(s), guiding them along a path to success while building strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with "C" level executives in customers to establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship
  • Manage the complete customer post-sales lifecycle, aiding the customer in achieving their goals and success
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet growth targets relating to the delivery of services to customer(s)
  • Monitor customer profitability and manage revenue leakage.
  • Conduct workshops and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges

  • 5+ years' experience in customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting
  • Familiarity working with enterprise government and commercial customers and 'C' level executives
  • Able to communicate complex technology-related business issues to audiences with a varying range of technical expertise
  • Demonstrated experience growing (farming) business within customers
