About the role
As a Business Analyst within the Risk and Finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the operational efficiency of our business. With your analytical mindset and collaborative spirit, you'll revolutionize the insurance premium allocation and billing processes, driving positive change across the organization.
- Analyze current insurance premium allocation and billing processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather requirements.
- Design and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend changes aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Partner with IT to integrate technological solutions for process streamlining.
- Create comprehensive documentation and deliver training sessions for team members.
- Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

Skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on process improvement and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Yardi and project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated independence, objectivity, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with integrity and ethics.
