This organization is going through a large-scale transformation focusing on their logistics and supply chain business unit and prides itself on employee retention due to their motto of putting employees first.
About the role
The Transformation Training Manager will work across multiple business functions to provide comprehensive training solutions which enable the success of a busy transformation program.
- Work with Change managers to develop training needs analysis for transformation initiatives
- Create comprehensive training proposals, including resource plans and budget detail
- Develop training toolkits for a broad range of end users, including facilitator and learner guides, e-learns, quick reference guides and power point decks
- Create and execute role-based training plans
- Design, develop and facilitate face to face and online training
- Work with SMEs to develop comprehensive training which supports new initiative roll outs
- Some travel required

Skills & experience
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager on large scale transformations
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience with SAP ECC6 or SAP 4 HANA
- Car licence is required
