About the role
We are seeking a bubbly and bright Test Analyst with previous HRIS/Payroll testing and data migration testing experience. On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to:
- Collaborate, identify, design, and develop associated test cases
- Record test results, raise defect records, and re-test fixes
- Carry out the testing (QA)
- Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner within existing risk frameworks
- Coordinate with overall Test Management

Skills & experience
- Must have extensive HRIS/Payroll testing and data migration testing experience, preferably within Workday but can except Payroll testing experience in any HRIS
- Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to see the big picture
- Planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in document and report writing
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced team
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and SAAS platforms
- Logical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Agile methodology and frameworks
