Our client is a leading start-up minded ASX listed company who are looking for multiple Technical Services Engineers.
Our client's IT technology team is looking for an experienced Technical Services Engineer who is passionate about growing our brand and has demonstrated experience working in similar role.
The purpose of the Technical Services Engineer is to ensure the operational effectiveness of the businesses IT systems and services by providing a business facing contact point for all matters. The role delivers 2nd level support across the business, Support for VIP, Service ownership and improvement, Lifecycle, incident and change management.
What you'll need:
- TAFE (Certificate IV: Information Technology - General)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- 2-4 years Desktop Support Experience
- ITIL Service Management Framework, familiar with Incident, Problem and Change processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application software and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 Administration
- Service Desk Administration via ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of Skype for Business and Zoom conference services
- Experience with meeting room AV products like Crestron, Polycom
- Active Directory user and group management
- SCCM
- SCOM
- Desktop monthly patching planning and processes
- Experience with telephone system administration
Bonus points if you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in computing science, engineering
- Cisco Network IOS experience
- VM ESX Server
- Citrix XenApp
- Microsoft VApp
- Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript or Windows Scripting Host
- Experience with MDM, MAM and EMM solutions
