As a Service Delivery Manager, you embrace our values and partner with our clients to ensure long term success. Responsibilities include:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all service delivery matters. Understand client needs and align our services to meet their objectives. Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s technical environment and contractual agreements.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding quality standards. Implement best practices in IT service management to enhance service delivery processes
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve service delivery issues, incidents, problems and requests including leading the Post Incident Review process as necessary.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate service delivery performance against KPIs, service levels and client feedback. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential service delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, and support teams, to ensure cohesive service delivery and address any cross-functional issues that may impact clients.
  • Service Improvement Planning: Analyze performance data, customer feedback, and team input to identify opportunities for service improvement. Plan and implement changes to processes, tools, or services to enhance quality and efficiency.

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT service delivery Manager in an MSP environment
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to undergo security clearance assessments and occasional travel.
