About the role

The IT Service Delivery Manager must be versatile, adept at assuming multiple roles including project coordination, customer success management, and service delivery oversight. In this vital capacity, they will be responsible for overseeing key managed services clients, focusing on enhancing service delivery performance.

The IT Service Delivery Manager will take charge of building and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring the development, implementation, and support of products and initiatives in an agile setting. They will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience.

  • Assume ultimate accountability for fulfilling contractual commitments in managed services.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of managed services projects.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client support, escalations, enhancements, and project-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance accounts and improve service quality.
  • Prioritize a customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
  • Lead efforts for ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Keep management informed about potential issues and risks.

Skills & experience

  • We would prefer if you had minimum of 3 years' experience in complex enterprise IT Service Delivery environments.
  • At minimum, ITIL V3 Foundations certification.
  • Experience with Connectwise will be highly preferred.
  • Project Management certifications with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and concepts.
  • You will hold an understanding of strong client and stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • You're collaborative and enjoy working in an MSP environment.
  • Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
