A Major Iconic Australian Brand are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to orchestrate optimal Azure Cloud engineering and drive infrastructure innovation.
What You'll Do:
This role is a 12-month contract opportunity for a technically strong and hands-on Senior Cloud Systems Engineer. Navigate the realm of Azure Cloud engineering, overseeing resource provisioning, infrastructure code deployment, and enhancing DevOps pipelines.
Optimise both on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
Shape, deploy, and uphold high-performance cloud-based IT systems.
Collaborate across IT teams to develop solutions powered by cloud infrastructure.
Keep abreast of cloud trends, shaping recommendations for our IT systems.
Analyse and resolve system performance issues to maintain efficiency.
Implement innovative solutions utilising the latest cloud-native technologies
Preferred Experience:
5 years' experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, IaaS, PaaS, networking, AVD, and security.
Proficiency in VMware virtualization and expertise in Disaster Recovery (Veeam backup, Azure Site recovery, AvePoint).
Familiarity with Office 365, AD, AAD, and Teams.
Strong grasp of Infrastructure Automation (Infrastructure as code).
L3 support involvement for Service Delivery and Infrastructure functions.
Azure certification AZ-900, AZ-104.
