ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for ensuring the successful acceptance of new and changed services while adhering to established knowledge and change management frameworks. This position will work in collaboration with project delivery and operations teams throughout the project life cycle to guarantee that services and technology are successfully transitioned into operations. The role also manages and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake service design and transition to ensure new and changed services meet established requirements in terms of robustness and supportability
- Work collaboratively with project managers throughout the project life cycle to provide input to service design and architectural principles
- Ensure that project artefacts, frameworks and processes are developed, delivered and fit for purpose to support the ongoing operation of new services and technology within branch
- Work collaboratively with support and operational teams in the delivery of enhancements to existing solutions or services and to ensure that operational changes and requirements are captured and enacted at the time of transition to achieve high-quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential service transition project risks and escalate accordingly and participate in the development of service transmission risk management plans, controls, and performance of risk mitigation

EXPERIENCE
- Must be comfortable working on site.
- Minimum3 years experience in project co-ordination
- Experience in networking and user computing is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years experience in stakeholder management
