Swarnali is a highly qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a Master's degree in International Business and International Management from the University of Ulster. As the head of the NSW Government team, Swarnali is responsible for managing the sector and building a strong team. Her extensive experience working in various countries with diverse cultures has equipped her with the skills to have successfully managed teams in the Middle East, Australia, and Europe. She takes great pride in her ability to analyze situations and implement effective processes to ensure success. Swarnali is particularly passionate about building relationships, and she believes that this is what makes her an excellent recruiter.
