About the Role:
As a Generalist IT Project Manager in the PMO, you will oversee and drive the successful execution of pivotal projects across multiple areas. These projects will encompass infrastructure upgrades, software and product implementations, and network and operational technology initiatives. Your role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Infrastructure Initiatives: Lead projects focused on server upgrades, firewall implementations, and network switch installations. Ensure all infrastructure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Software and Product Delivery: Manage software deployment projects, including SAP upgrades/enhancements, intranet launches, and cybersecurity enhancements. Oversee all aspects of software delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Network and OT Projects: Oversee network-related projects and operational technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively. Drive project execution and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that arise during project execution.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of project management experience with a strong background in managing infrastructure initiatives, software and product delivery, and network/OT projects.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive results and deliver projects on time and within budget
