Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience and record of achievement in developing, maintaining and supporting a complex integration framework responsible for interconnecting applications in a large and complex organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes providing specialist technical advice on systems integration projects, including upgrades to receiving systems or local integration architecture.
- Demonstrated high level capability to lead system integration testing phases to ensure adequate testing of the interfaces and associated business processes used in document exchange with the program architecture
Key accountabilities
- Provide leadership and direction to staff in program integration and effectively manage agreed service outcomes to ensure successful delivery and a performance-based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer-focused work culture
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise knowledge to Information and Technology (IT) staff through the NSW Health system to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of a diverse range of interfaces.
- Collaborate and provide specialist technical advice on systems integration projects, including upgrades to receiving systems or local integration architecture, that impact on the program's supporting integration architecture
- Coordinate the generation of test messages for integration and assist with unit testing and QA message validation
- Lead the System Integration Testing phases to ensure adequate testing of the interfaces and associated business processes used in document exchange with the program architecture
- Engage with key stakeholders, including management and end users, to communicate application issues and keep them informed regarding the issue resolution and system upgrades.
