As they continue to grow operations, they are seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior EUC Analyst to join the dynamic Professional Services team based at the Sydney office - you'll be an integral part of the team, delivering top-tier on-site support.

- Minimum 4 years' experience in Desktop Analyst or similar role.
- SLA familiarity and strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Proficiency in customer service, problem management, and deadline-driven tasks.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 management, M365, and more.
- Proven ability to build fruitful relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment, delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
- You must be an Australian Citizen able to obtain (or already possessing) Baseline Security Clearance
