They're now seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive the change strategy, ensure business readiness, and support adoption across the organisation.
About the Role:
We're partnering with a major Australian employer on a large-scale transformation program and are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change strategy.
This is a critical role where you'll define and drive the change strategy across several high-impact projects, including the upgrade of a core Workforce Management System and major integration initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth adoption, and organizational readiness throughout each phase of the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the change management strategy across the entire program.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of change activities across all project workstreams.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
- Design and coordinate tailored communication and engagement plans.
- Act as the central point of contact for all change management efforts.
- Collaborate with PMs, the PMO, and business leads to embed change in delivery plans.
- Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and risk.
- Align change activities with broader transformation and business goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive track record in leading and delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to drive structure in a fast-paced, complex program environment.
- Experience in workforce, systems, or digital transformation projects highly regarded.
