About the project
The project is to undertake a digital transformation program to modernise and streamline internal operations and improve service delivery. The program includes projects focused on: - Records and Information Management (RIM) systems transformation. - Budget and financial management tools enhancement. - Design and development of fit-for-purpose databases. To ensure successful delivery of these complex, cross-functional projects, we seek to engage a highly experienced ICT Project Manager. The sucessful candidate will provide expert advice, project leadership, and hands-on delivery management, ensuring alignment with best practices in digital transformation.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on ICT and digital transformation project design and implementation
- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical, records, finance, and business stakeholders
- Ensuring project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and quality expectations
- Managing vendor relationships and procurement related activities to the delivery of digital tools
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and systems integration, and
- Supporting change management and communications activities.
