About the Company

Join a leading ASX-listed company delivering critical services to millions of Australians. With a workforce of 3,000+ and a strong focus on innovation, they're driving the shift toward renewable energy while transforming how technology supports their operations and customer experience.

About the Role
You will be at the forefront of a major finance transformation, helping to shape the strategic direction of corporate finance. This role isn't your typical analyst position - you'll be setting the groundwork for future project streams, crafting business cases, and driving alignment across complex initiatives. It's a unique opportunity to influence big-picture change and create real impact from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive the vision with powerful business cases that kickstart corporate finance transformation.
  • Bridge the gap between current operations and future goals through well-rounded, strategic solutions.
  • Develop a structured requirements model and outline workstreams to guide future process analysis.
  • Create simple, connected solutions across finance, reporting, and systems.
  • Contribute to setting the transformation roadmap and early-stage planning

    What We're Looking For
  • Solid background as a Senior or Principal Business Analyst, ideally in finance transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience in finance transformation projects and business analysis.
  • Proven track record in top-tier consulting firms or leading banks (Big Four).
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, lead discovery work and build project scope
  • Ability to engage and influence with senior finance stakeholders and translate business needs into strategic outcomes
  • Exposure to corporate finance functions and large-scale change programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where big-picture thinking is key
  • Experience with Oracle is desirable but not essential
