What we look for:
- Experienced Payroll Manager ideally with Recruitment industry experience.
- Full end to end payroll processing.
- Experience using finance and timesheet systems such as Astute and Attache.
- An understanding of awards, salary packaging options, novated car leasing, and calculations.
- Management of all superannuation, PAYG tax calculations, Payroll tax lodgements, work cover renewals, and STP
- An understanding of general ledger accounts pertaining to payroll.
- Experience payrolling an external contractor workforce as well internal employees.
- Attention to detail ensuring payroll is accurate and on time.
- A team player that supports others and collaborates for shared success.
- Positive and high energy levels with a positive can-do attitude.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
