About the role
The Department's Business Solutions Branch within the Information Management and Technology Division (IMD) of the Department has a requirement for up to 3 x Organisational Change Managers to assess and implement change management strategies across the Department. The successful candidates will apply and implement change management strategies and methodologies with a strong focus on adoption, as well as assessing impacts and analysis of benefits across the Department.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: apply change management processes, utilising tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes implemented by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts: support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Facilitate Information and Training Sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Document the approach and process to change management and communicate to the respective stakeholders, utilising well-developed communication skills to enable change pre and post product deployment.
  • Assess the change impact: conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts: provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Facilitate Information and Training Sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Document the approach and process to change management and communicate to the respective stakeholders, utilising well-developed communication skills to enable change pre and post product deployment.

Citizenship and Clearance:

Candidates must be Australian Citizens and have an NV1 clearance
