About the Role
Seeking a dynamic and driven Network Operations Lead who thrives on innovation, leadership, and excellence in technology. In this role, you will spearhead Network service offerings, mentor a team of top-tier engineers, and ensure clients receive unparalleled service.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a team of skilled network engineers.
- Product Management: Take ownership of day-to-day product operations and support the Presales and Sales teams.
- Client Success: Partner with Client Success and Commercial teams to promote Network Services and manage client requests.
- Operational Excellence: Embed NetDevOps practices, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Architecture teams to develop and deliver new service offerings.
- Project Management: Ensure timely completion of projects, partnering with PMO and managing Post Incident Reviews.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Networking - background in professional/managed services or similar environment.
- Technical Expertise in core network technologies including Fortinet, Cisco, Citrix Netscaler, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of driving results and fostering a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
