As IT Manager, you will focus on leading and developing a high performing technology team in conjunction with a number of managed vendors the day to day IT requirements of a growing business. You'll be comfortable working as the sole IT SME in a hyper growth environment. As IT Manager you will:
- Set out the KPI's and SLA's for the third party vendors while looking for opportunities to improve service
- In time, recruit a team to help manage internal IT needs
- Identify, scope and execute on projects from time to time
- Contribute to and enhance a best practice culture in technology, especially security
- Act as the bridge between technology and business
- Be a culture and values champion, leading from the front
Skills and experience
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies - work with partners to decide the best fit for the business
- Extensive and broad technology support experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience managing third party vendors
- Designing and implementing Data and Security strategies
- Proven diverse technology understanding covering areas such as infrastructure, ERP and Applications
- Ability to align technology with key business goals
- Experience working in fast paced environments with non technical stakeholders
