My client are a leading provider of data solutions and analytics in Australia, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join a team of consistently high performers. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the companies business growth and expanding their customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key target industries and companies.
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking to understand their business needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business development, sales or recruitment role - ideally working within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
