What we look for:

  • Experience and knowledge of Employment legislation and Award Rates.
  • Knowledge of labour hire licences for each state.
  • Issuing employment contracts for full time staff, casual contractors, Pty Ltd contractors and third-party management companies.
  • Reviewing third party contracts such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work and Recruitment agreements.
  • Office management and managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure the business has all relevant day to day supplies.
  • Arranging internal events to mark company successes and milestones, celebrate diversity, equality and inclusion and staff birthdays.
  • A team player that supports others and collaborates for shared success.
  • Positive and high energy levels with a positive can-do attitude.
