As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to and engaging with potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and working with the sales team to close deals. You will be working with pre-generated leads, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best - closing deals!
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Generating and following up on leads
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential sales opportunities
- Working with the sales team to close deals
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Previous experience working towards KPIs/targets is desirable
- Experience working within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on leads
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
