Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will be a trusted advisor, providing guidance, support, and personalised solutions to help their clients maximize the value of their software. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and provide relevant solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct regular check-ins and proactive outreach and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Educate customers on new features and functionalities of the software
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to position the company software as a leading solution
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Account Management or Business Development position, ideally within SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self motivated, organised and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience using CRM software.
