About the role
Within this position you will be tasked to provide Level 1–3 support across the business via different ways of communication. Troubleshooting, installing and configuring hardware, software and network technologies will be your day-to-day activities.
Skills & experience
- Storage, backup (Altaro, Acronis, Commvault metallic), Network, Active Directory, 365, Azure replication, VMware, SharePoint admin.
- Systems utility management – Endpoint central, AD Audit, AD Manager, WSUS.
- Deployment and maintenance/patching of Windows/Linux server operating systems.
- Deployment and maintenance/patching of end user devices.
- Deployment and maintenance/patching of applications on all devices.
- Management of VC and telephony systems.
- End user support for all offices, including desktop, server and remote access support, and execution of the user termination process.
- Cloud platform management (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Control testing input for Internal Audit.
