About the role
You will be the Systems Engineer providing level 3 support to a variety of customers across Sydney. This role will be remote 3 days a week, with client visits for the remainder of the working week.
You will be responsible for providing advice and support on technical products and services, and assisting in the delivery of projects and upgrades to:
- Microsoft infrastructure and applications including Server, Azure, Exchange, Office 365, MS teams.
- Network technology including Cisco IP, voice, video
- End user devices - laptops, PCs, mobile devices
- Business continuity and disaster recovery technology support - Storage, backup, Disaster recovery
- Small, close-knit team
- Flexible working, with training, development.
