Our Partner is currently working under the name of one of Australia's largest companies. Over the next 2 years, they’re looking to move away from their mother company and treat the product as a start-up. Therefore, you will need to be comfortable working in the environment.
About the role
Over the last 3 years, a partner of The Networks has created a product, and all their development capabilities are offshore. Over the next couple of months, they’re looking to bring the software engineering capabilities in-house and build that function.
Skills & experience
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software developers, coaching them on best practices and facilitating their work.
- Strong background in Java, Spring and React.
- Develop secure code across the full stack of technologies, including front-end and back-end development.
- Demonstrated experience identifying application improvement opportunities, proposing appropriate solutions, and driving business cases for endorsement
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and implement techniques to influence non-technical audiences toward desired outcomes
- Solid knowledge of software design, object orientation and web applications
