About the role
As the IT Support Officer, you will be the front line of all IT queries across the business, you'll be charged with solving issues both over the phone and in person in a timely manner. Naturally inquisitive, you'll always aim to find long term solutions to help minimise future issues and implement automation where possible.

Key technical skills include:

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in a IT Support role
  • Active Directory, Office 365, Windows support
  • Maintain the IT Asset register
  • Support VOIP and Conferencing systems
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures as well as ISO certifications
  • Adhere to ITIL framework and IT best practice
  • Support a range of mobile devices in a BYOD environment
  • Work across a range of business critical projects as required
