The Company

Join this successful boutique business, providing general on the road and remote IT support and troubleshooting services to a broad range of Sydney clients.

Their services include hardware and software repairs, server maintenance, business solution design, server deployments, wireless and wired network set-up, virus and spyware prevention and removal, device setup (from Smart TVs, to tablets and mobile phones), data backup and recovery solutions and just about any other type of technology support our customers require at their homes or offices

You'll report directly to the Service Desk Team Lead and will provide excellent customer service and level 1-2 support meeting and exceeding the agreed SLA.

The Role

The job will primarily be based on the road, visiting clients across the Sydney metropolitan region.

Due to the growth of the Customer base in the Sydney branch over the last 12 months they're now looking for someone with a passion for technology, great communication skills and customer service to work as IT Technician.

  • Visiting clients in their business or home to provide general IT support and troubleshooting
  • Proactive Monitoring and maintenance of customers' Systems & Services
  • Providing clients with software and hardware maintenance, updates and installations on PC/Mac's
  • Completing new user account set ups and network configurations
  • Ensure elite customer service and a recurrent influx of new projects and clients


  • Hold a valid Australian drivers license, you'll be on the road on customer site most of the time
  • Great communication and customer service skills. Sales mindset and ability to engage with customers.
  • Experience in providing on-site support and troubleshooting services
  • Experience in Microsoft stack: O365, AD, Windows 10, Intune
  • Experience in providing across Windows and Mac OS, mobile, wi-fi, LAN/WAN
  • Solid Networking/server knowledge (R&S, Firewalls etc.)
