The opportunity for you to work across two core domains:
Public Sector - Federal Government
The current team are expanding to help reduce the digital divide for all Australian citizens, they are currently working with CXO & Ministers to Co-Design all the Fed Gov Agencies/Services and piloting with a couple now in which they are transforming by the implementation of more holistic HCD & Service Design, looking at operating model & change management, then implementing these from both portfolio & program level, then working on the agile delivery!
Defence & National Security
Their capability as an organisation sits in the continued support across all key Defence & National Security based engagements, their focus within these programs is to be able to work with defence leadership to successfully transformation using a range of key specialism across Digital, Agile, Program, Audit, R&D & Business Process.
4 x Experience & Service Designers
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan and drive the design process for the development of products and services
- Design the end-to-end products and services, from ideation through to delivery, sustainment and improvement
- Analyse and make decisions based on insight, user research and business requirements
- Create products and services that are contemporary, sustainable and meet web standards to help our clients succeed and gain the competitive edge
- Understand and cater for the user base to ensure accessibility and optimal experiences for clients and their users
- Develop and maintain documentation to articulate the service environment and the design, including service blueprints, user journeys and hybrid maps
- Be a communication bridge between our clients and other design team members, and internal development teams
- Provide guidance and monitor and assist other design team members to follow the service design and delivery process where necessary
- Participate in other activities to improve the service design of the product and other process alignment
- Directly report to Design Capability Lead or directly to client
