Our client is a leading, highly successful and innovative Australian software organisation who provide cutting-edge software to various large enterprise customers across ANZ and Europe. They develop and deliver a range of enterprise solutions including financials, HR, payroll, CRM, BI, analytics, content management and more. Due to strong growth and new projects they are currently seeking a highly accomplished ERP Software Project Manager to join their Brisbane based operations.
You will play a key role in the consulting group of the business, working with a variety of customers implementing and managing software implementation and upgrade projects which range in size and across various sectors.
Duties:
You will play a key role in organising, managing and leading the entire project management lifecycle for implementation and upgrade projects as well as other integration and transformation projects across various enterprise software technologies.
End-to-End Project Management including:
- Plan, manage and track all projects
- Ensure team members complete tasks to schedule
- Team capacity management and planning
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Develop and maintain communications plan
- Delivering high level project outcomes and excellence to customers
- Managing multiple and concurrent implementation projects, taking financial accountability for all projects
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years project management experience (must have proven ERP Project Management experience)
- Strong experience driving and managing customer expectations
- Ideally ERP Financials projects experience
- Must have demonstrated experience working within a defined PMO environment
- Experienceworking for software vendor
- Extensive ERP systems knowledge and consulting background
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Ideally you will have experience managing projects ranging from 100K - 1 + million ($AUD)
- Complex systems integration with data migration
- Agile environment experience
- PM certification
