Sydney or Melbourne based
105-110K base + super + 30K OTE commissions (paid quarterly and uncapped comm)

Our client is a highly successful and innovative Australian software organisation who provide ERP, BI, Supply Chain and other enterprise software solutions across Australia and NZ. Due to strong growth, they have an exciting career opportunity available in Sydney or Melbourne for a Customer Success Manager.
If you have experience in a similar role with ERP, Warehouse or Inventory Management Software then I'd like to speak with you.
Duties will include (not limited to)
- Closely working with existing customers in order to further develop relationships, cross-sell and up-sell various offerings
- Discuss customisation / configurtion / integration needs and requirements
- Sell BPI solutions, 3rd party products including inventory, warehouse management, BI, accounting software solutions
- Work closely with delivery teams in ensuring successful project outcomes
- Maintain strong customer relationships with consistent level of service and innovative offerings
- Delivering high level project outcomes and excellence to customers
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5+ years experience working with ERP, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management or Accounting Systems
- Strong sales skills and ability to nurture and develop customer relationships
- Strong understanding of software implementation projects
- Industry experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution will be viewed highly
- Ability to hold commerical discussions with clients and to provide consulting options
