As Enterprise Architect, you will focus on designing fit for purpose mission-critical solutions and conforming to enterprise architecture principles. You'll join a Fund Management business undergoing significant change, business transformation and consolidation after a recent acquisition. You'll work with the SLT to identify needs, produce policies and recommend solutions aligned to the wider business goals and ambitions.

As Enterprise Architect you will:

  • Collaborate in all the different project phases, from defining technical, operational and user requirements, through to planning, quality control and testing
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the company's strategic goals and objectives post-merger.
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals and support growth objectives.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap, ensuring that technology solutions are integrated and effectively support business operations.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that align with the company's business and technology objectives particularly areas such as Cyber Security, ERP and Modern Workplace.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on large-scale, complex systems and integration.
  • Expertise in cloud architecture and infrastructure, with experience designing and implementing cloud solutions.
  • Strong experience in software development and systems integration, with a deep understanding of modern software development practices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience Enterprise Architectural Frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Strong experience managing and consulting with non technical stakeholders and informing board level decision making
