About the organisation:

This innovative and diverse product business have a strong international presence across Asia, EMEA, North America and are headquartered out of Sydney. Their product suite includes a range of customer facing platforms. Having seen strong success with a number of these platforms, you'll join a team responsible for working with clients to ensure they're issues are resolved promptly.

About the role:

Your primary focus will be supporting a range of key Applications while working as the client facing liaison to triage key issues. You'll sit in a small, yet high performing team working across the APAC region to support the work being done by the development and customer experience teams.

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing level 2 technical support
  • Close collaboration with clients, development and database teams
  • Work on a range of database activities for clients, such as installation, config, patching and upgrading
  • Support implementation teams
  • Reflect process documentation
  • Conduct training and development with teams

About you:

  • A track record of delivering world class application support in a large product environment
  • Extensive SQL experience coupled with OS understanding
  • A strong understanding of relational databases
  • Exposure to Windows Server
  • Knowledge and experience working with a Product Development team
  • Experience problem solving and curating solutions to meet client needs
  • A desire to improve and gain formal qualifications/certificates in your field
  • Experience delivering customised solutions to and liaising with a range of non technical stakeholders
