The Network are seeking an AGSVA NV1 cleared Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer working with a leading defence organisation.

As a V&V Engineer, you will deliver software engineering services across requirements, integration, verification and validation activities. You will conduct testing and integration, develop verification documentation, manage traceability, and support system certification through high-quality evidence and reporting. You will work across complex software and hardware environments, supporting reviews, defect resolution, and engineering change processes.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
o NV1 Security Clearance
o Minimum 4+ years' experience in Verification & Validation or related software engineering roles
o Hands-on experience with requirements decomposition and end-to-end traceability (requirements → test → results → defects/evidence)
Strong experience with:
o Integration, Verification & Validation of complex software systems and/or military hardware
o Tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence
o Writing V&V procedures, test reports, and formal deliverables
o Capturing high-quality verification evidence for system acceptance
o Configuration reviews and requirements traceability management
o Managing defect workflows, including RPRs and Engineering Change Proposals
Desirable:
o Software development or automated testing experience
