As a Capability Manager / Trials Lead you will support Joint Data Networks by delivering coordinated capability, governance, and trial management activities to enable the delivery of networked defence capability. You will lead the planning and execution of Risk Reduction Trials, develop key artefacts, and ensure alignment across capability, technical, and operational stakeholders.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
- NV1 Security Clearance
- Experience supporting Defence capability programs or Joint Projects
- Demonstrated experience in trials, experimentation, or test & evaluation environments
- Strong stakeholder coordination across technical and operational domains
Have specialist skills and knowledge in:
- Planning and execution of trials (e.g. Risk Reduction Trials, T&E, experimentation)
- Development of artefacts including trial plans, reports, and governance documentation
- Capability lifecycle and governance frameworks (including ODCS)
- Development of CONEMP, manuals, and structured capability documentation
- Ensuring traceability across project and capability artefacts
- Understanding of C4ISR, networks, or tactical data links (highly desirable)
