About the role:
We are currently recruiting for Technical writers for one our clients in federal govt. This is a long-term project initially for a year with possibility of extension for 2 years.
Key Requirements
- Experience as technical writer
- Experience in design, lead and facilitation of various workshops
- experience in producing and designing high quality, easy to read documents
- Multi Cloud and Technology
- Microsoft Power BI
- D365 cloud capabilities
- Jenkins, Maven and WebLogic
- SaaS CRM experience
- Selenium experience
Key responsibilities
- Technical policy, process and instructional writing in support of departmental DevOps capability
- Work closely with various IT teams and DevOps specialists for the uplift of a DevOps capability
- Creation of user-friendly technical guides for DevOps toolsets
- Creation of user-friendly administration guides for DevOps toolsets
- Creation and design of forms to facilitate requests in delivering DevOps services
