As Sitecore Technical Lead, you focus on architecting, designing, building and testing mission-critical enterprise solutions adhering to security and engineering best practice. You'll be comfortable working on new or existing applications, leading a small cross functional team and you're happy to share your programming knowledge to support your colleagues and exploring any technical solution to get the job done. You'll be looked to as a technical SME with a desire to build best in class solutions. This ASX200 company has a large team working on customer facing digital applications across Sitecore, you'll play a key role in modernisation to the most recent version.
As Sitecore Technical Lead you will:
- Collaborate in all the different project phases, from defining technical, operational and user requirements, through to planning, quality control and testing
- Build conceptual architecture and develop solution options that match requirements
- Contribute to technical optimisation and cost monitoring capabilities
- Develop and adhere to transformation goals in delivering digital solutions with a customer first philosophy
- Actively mentor and manage a small cross functional teams
- Champion development best practices and ensure compliance
- Work with enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions align to broader transformation goals
- Remove external road blocks to enhance the overall quality of product
- Provide support and knowledge sharing within a high performing technical team
Skills and experience
- A proven track record of delivering Digital Solutions utillising Sitecore
- A strong understanding of C#
- Experience with AWS or Azure solutions and exposure to Kubernetes or Docker
- A curious mindset, with a desire to lead by example with best practice.
- Extensive experience with Typescript e.g Angular
- Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining application code in a variety of contexts
- Demonstrable problem solving capability in a fast paced environment
- Application development, complex code development, application testing and component design
