The Network are seeking an NV2 cleared Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing Defence project.
6 month contract with possible extensions
Location: Mawson Lakes, SA
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining secure software factory platforms. You'll work across platform engineering, automation, and infrastructure to enable teams to deliver software efficiently and securely.
You will contribute to platform design and deployment, manage Kubernetes/K3S environments, and oversee services such as Jira and Confluence. You'll also work across server and workstation environments (RHEL/Windows), automate processes using BASH or Python, and support CI/CD pipelines and Azure resource management.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
o NV2 Security Clearance
o Minimum 5+ years relevant DevOps/Platform Engineering experience
o Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and culture
Key skills and experience:
o Kubernetes/K3S deployment and management
o Containerisation using Docker/Podman
o CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
o Configuration-as-Code (e.g. Ansible)
o Scripting (BASH/Python)
o Linux/RHEL environments
o Azure resource deployment and management
Desirable:
o VMWare experience
o Air-gapped environment knowledge
o Active Directory management
