Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer in their field and has been in operations very succesfully for over 70 years. Due to strong growth and an expansion of their technology environment they are looking for a highly driven SAP CX Consultant for their Sydney based operations.

As the SAP CX Consultant you will be accountable for delivering projects and supporting SAP Customer Experience applications - SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Field Service Management.

You would be a vital part of this team and would primarily be supporting and delivering new prjects on SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Marketing Cloud , SAP Field Service Management platforms and their integration with SAP ECC through SAP Cloud integration.

Other duties (not limited to) will include

  • Maintaining understanding of SAP Customer Experience functionality with capability in SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Field Service well as integration with other systems including ECC. Should have working knowledge in standard C4C Integration scenarios between C4C and ECC covering Sales (opportunity, quotes, sales order billing etc.) and Service (service order, confirmation, billing, service contracts, service requests, warranty, complaints etc.) areas. Having knowledge of standard integration between different components of SAP
  • Provide second level support for SAP Customer Experience (CX) applications and SAP ECC system
  • Deliver agreed SAP CX solutions that provide agreed outcomes to the businesses. inclusive of integration using SAP CPI by, configuring, developing, testing, and reviewing all software and configuration changes. This includes development of integrations, mash ups and embedded analytics.
  • Work with the Business Analysis in ensuring that the SAP solution as implemented meets appropriate standards
  • Ensure that systems integrity is maintained by the cautious and controlled introduction of change into the SAP environment
  • Ensure that effective and efficient common SAP business processes are implemented in all businesses
  • Ensure that management is kept informed of best practice in terms of global SAP usage by maintaining contact with external SAP users through participation in Special Interest Groups and SAP User Groups
  • Participate in the introduction of SAP complementary CX solutions into the business
  • Learn and grow into other functional areas and applications inline with company's digital transformation journey.

Required experience / skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience with SAP CX (C4C, Marketing Cloud or Field Service Management)
  • SAP C4C, Marketing Cloud or related certification
  • Proven implementation, integration and support of SAP CX functions
  • Experience and apptitude to move into senior level, Subject Matter Expert position
