My client is a VC-backed Australian-based SaaS business that is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role is an individual contributor position, where you will play a key role in driving revenue and contributing to the business's success.

This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve their targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an individual contributor in a SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs
  • Previous experience selling to the government is an advantage



Salary is circa $180,000 base + super + uncapped OTE's of $350,000+
